In areas where learning acquired can be used for benefit of concerned organisation. Will involve research, data analysis and presentation of the Project report through a Project Guide.

The materials are prepared for the course by Management professionals drawn from universities, management institutions, the corporate world and church and mission leaders from India and abroad.
For whom
Ideally suited for middle and senior level managers and leaders in full time service in churches and Christian service agencies. The present batch consists of senior Christian workers from Christian Institutions, CEOs of Missions, teachers and clergy from the Protestant and Roman Catholic churches
Mode of Study & Duration
Through self study. The Post Graduate Course is for 2 – ½ years duration. (5 Semesters).
Regular assignments will be given to students to enable them to comprehend and apply theory to their work situations.
Eligibility for Admission and Entrance Test
All candidates should qualify through an Entrance Test
Graduates with 5 years full time service in Churches and Christian Organisations/Missions/Institutions (or Christian plus Secular service)
Course fee
The course fee is Rs.8000 per semester, which includes all the university fees and the cost of course materials and seminar classes.
